As a result of a poll conducted on the Twitter account of Arsenal, their Armenia midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has been voted Man of the Match in the Gunners’ English Premier League clash against Watford.
In Sunday’s match in London, Arsenal beat their guests by a score of 3-0, Armenia national squad captain Mkhitaryan was among the Gunners’ starters, and he played 78 minutes and scored a goal and made an assist.
And according to Whoscored.com, his and Arsenal’s Czech goalkeeper Petr Čech’s ratings for this game were the highest among the Gunners’ footballers.
Also, Arsenal press service recalled that the 29-year-old Armenia midfielder has been directly involved in five goals—one goal, four assists—in his first six Premier League appearances for the club.
