Movsisyan and Ozbilis transfers strengthened Spartak Moscow – Soccer.ru

Spartak had 7 points less, and their chances for the championship title were at minimum during the same period in the previous season, Soccer.ru writes.    

The website recapped Spartak Moscow’s performance in the current season of Russian Premier League football.

“The team have added in terms of results. The quality transfers—[Salvatore] Bocchetti [Italy], [Yura] Movsisyan [Armenia], [Denis] Glushakov [Russia], and [Aras] Ozbilis [Armenia]—helped; all these players formed the core of the team.  

“[But] the main problem is that [forward] Yura Movsisyan has no opponent at the center of the attack,” the Russian website reports.          

Spartak stand at third spot, with 39 points, after nineteen matches in the current season of the Russian Premier League.
