Real Madrid FC coach José Mourinho believes the club’s forward Karim Benzema is one of the best football players in the world, Mourinho said at a press conference on Feb. 20.
“All the football players in the club acknowledge that Karim is getting more and more professional from match to match. I believe he is among the best ones,” the coach said.
Asked what Karim’s chances are to receive the Golden Ball, Mourinho declined to answer, Le Monde reports.
