FC Spartak Moscow lost to city rival FC Lokomotiv Moscow at home, and by a score of 3-1, in Week 15 of the current season in the Russian Premier League football.
The Moscow derby started out very unsuccessfully for Spartak, as they were two goals down already in the 17th minute.
In the 27th minute, however, Armenia national squad and Spartak forward Yura Movsisyan scored for his club, netting his ninth goal in the current season of the Premier League.
After halftime, Armenia international and Spartak midfielder Aras Ozbilis entered the pitch. But he could not help his team as Lokomotiv scored their third—and deciding—goal in the match.
Movsisyan was substituted in the 70th minute.
After Week 15, FC Spartak Moscow stand third in the league, with 30 points.
