Mkhitaryan is equal replacement for Götze – Ukrainian and ex-Soviet footballer

The German Bundesliga will be much easier for Armenian national football squad midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan because they play open football there, stated Ukrainian and ex-Soviet retired footballer Volodymyr Lyutyi.    

“Henrikh Mkhitaryan is an equal replacement for [Mario] Götze [who transferred from Borussia Dortmund to Bayern Munich of Germany]. They deserve one another in terms of creativity and quick thinking. Naturally, it will take a couple of months for Henrikh to adapt to the new conditions. But he is such professional player that everything will turn out find with him. He may even surpass Götze because Mario is not as effective as Mkhitaryan in terms of [scoring] goals. His [i.e., Mkhitaryan’s] transfer value could even double in two years.   

“Performing the tasks of the coach will be the main thing for Mkhitaryan in the Bundesliga. He will find his place in the [playing] systems of Borussia; this option is more preferable for Mkhitaryan than [the option of] Liverpool [F.C. of England].

“I advise Mkhitaryan to first learn the [German] language. It is also important that his manager deals with the insurance fine points, so they would not pay millions to attorneys in the case of scandals,” Sport.segodnya.ua, quotes Lyutyi as saying.      

As NEWS.am Sport informed earlier, the Armenian international headed from capital city Yerevan to Germany on Monday to sign a deal with Borussia Dortmund.
