Despite the offers by England’s Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur., Henrikh Mkhitaryan wishes to transfer to Germany’s Borussia Dortmund, with which he reached an agreement on the contract issue, Bild reports.
The prominent German newspaper reflected on the news about the possible transfer of Armenian national football squad and Ukraine’s FC Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
“Borussia, which signed a deal with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, want to conduct another uproarious transfer by acquiring Henrikh Mkhitaryan. Mkhitaryan, 24, may become a worthy replacement for Mario Götze who transferred to Bayern Munich [of Germany]. Borussia Dortmund offered €23 million for the midfielder, but Shakhtar turned it down demanding €30 million,” Bild adds.
