Denmark thought they will beat Armenia – Ozbilis

KRASNODAR. – It is pleasing that I had an immediate part in the success of the national team, Armenian national football squad and Russia’s FC Kuban Krasnodar midfielder Aras Ozbilis stated.

As for us, the ball simply was not getting into the net of the opponent. Such surprises can happen in football.   

“[And] before the game [of Armenia in the 2014 World Cup qualifier Group B match against Denmark, which was played recently in Denmark and the host nation lost by a score of 4-0], Denmark were registering three points to their tally. It is pleasing that I had an immediate part in the success of the national team,” Kuban official website quotes Ozbilis as saying.
