Foreign athletes, referees and official representatives will not have the right to register their marriages in Britain during the period of the Olympic Games in London. The UK Interior Ministry has set such limit to visas as some people may use the games trying to receive a right to stay in the UK.
Accreditation for the participants of the Games (beyond the EU) will not grant them a status of an immigrant, The Daily Mail reports.
To note, the UK has earlier registered attempts of athletes to stay in the country.
