For the team led by Belgian manager Vincent Kompany, French midfielder Michael Olise scored a hat-trick, while English striker Harry Kane netted a brace. German midfielder Jamal Musiala and Moroccan midfielder Ismael Saibari also got on the scoresheet.
Bayern Munich currently leads the standings with 10 points, while Union Berlin sits in 16th place with 1 point.
