Former Barcelona captain, 34-year-old Spanish midfielder Sergi Roberto has joined the LA Galaxy as a free agent, the American club's website reports.
The contract runs until June 2028, with an option to extend it for an additional year.
A product of Barcelona's youth academy, Sergi Roberto was part of the Catalan club's system from 2006 to 2024. He made 373 appearances for the first team, scoring 19 goals and providing 43 assists.
Sergi Roberto's previous club was the Italian side Como.
