The footballer’s of last season’s Spanish La Liga runners-up, Real Madrid, have netted 19 goals so far in the current 2026 FIFA World Cup, which is a record, reports Opta.
Accordingly, Real’s French striker Kylian Mbappe has scored 8 goals, English midfielder Jude Bellingham has 6 goals, Brazilian striker Vinicius Junior has 4 goals, and Turkish striker Arda Guler has one.
The previous record holders were the players from Honved (1954 World Cup), Bayern Munich (2014 World Cup), and PSG (2022 World Cup), with 18 goals each.
