Last season’s English Premier League runners-up Arsenal have advanced to the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League.
The London club hosted Portuguese side Sporting Lisbon in the second leg of their quarterfinal and played a goalless draw.
Arsenal, however, continue their campaign thanks to a 1-0 win in the first leg.
In the semifinals, they will face Atletico Madrid, who eliminated Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona in the quarterfinals.
