World Championships: Artur Davtyan, Hamlet Manukyan, and Mamikon Khachatryan Reach Finals

At the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Jakarta, Indonesia, three Armenian athletes have qualified for the finals.

Artur Davtyan, Hamlet Manukyan, and Mamikon Khachatryan will continue competing for medals.

Olympic silver medalist, bronze medalist, world champion, and two-time European champion Artur Davtyan scored a total of 14.433 points across two vaults in the qualification round, placing fourth.

European champion and two-time youth world and European champion Hamlet Manukyan earned 14.500 points in the pommel horse exercise.

In the same event, Armenia’s second representative, European vice-champion and youth world vice-champion Mamikon Khachatryan scored 14.400 points, placing sixth. Manukyan is fourth.

The finals will take place on November 24–25.
