Last season’s runners-up, Real Madrid, were hosted by Levante and won 4-1 in Matchday 6 of Spanish La Liga football.
Real’s Brazilian striker Vinicius Junior opened the scoring in the 28th minute. Argentine midfielder Franco Mastantuono doubled the visitors’ lead in the 38th minute. Levante managed to reduce the goal deficit in the 54th minute, but Real’s French striker Kylian Mbappe scored twice—in the 64th and 66th minutes.
After six wins, Real Madrid lead the current La Liga standings, while Levante are sixteenth, with 4 points.
