World No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz has reached the semifinals of the French Open (Roland-Garros) tournament in Paris with an impressive win. In the quarterfinals, the Spanish tennis star won 6:0, 6:1, 6:4 against world No. 12 Tommy Paul (USA).
The match lasted 1 hour and 34 minutes. In the semifinals, Alcaraz will face world No. 7 Lorenzo Musetti (Italy), who defeated world No. 16 Frances Tiafoe (USA) 6:2, 4:6, 7:5, 6:2 in the quarterfinals.
The prize fund of the French Open is 56 million euros.
