Real congratulate Barcelona

Real Madrid have congratulated Barcelona on winning the Spanish La Liga football title for the 28th time.

As reported earlier, in Round 36 of the La Liga, Barca defeated Espanyol 2-0 on Thursday and became unattainable for Real in second place, with two rounds remaining in the current season, and with a 7-point advantage.

Also this season, Barca won the Supercopa de Espana and the Copa del Rey—defeating Real in the finals. Barcelona have won all three Spanish national football titles in a single season for the second time in history.
