English clubs Arsenal and Aston Villa have reached the quarterfinals of the UEFA Champions League.
In the second leg of the Round of 16 of this tournament, last season’s English Premier League runners-up Arsenal played a 2-2 draw with Dutch side PSV Eindhoven, who they had beaten 7-1 in the first leg in the Netherlands.
In the quarterfinals, Arsenal will face the winners of the ongoing clash between Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid in the Round of 16.
In the second leg, Aston Villa hosted Belgian side Club Brugge and won 3-0. The English club also won the first leg 3-1.
In the quarterfinals of the Champions League, Aston Villa will face French Ligue 1 champions PSG, who have eliminated current English Premier League leaders Liverpool in the Round of 16.
