And in the second added minute, French forward Marcus Thuram doubled the home team's advantage.
The former captain of the Armenian national football squad, midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan was in the starting lineup of the Milan club and was subbed off in the 89th minute.
After 16 games, Inter are third, with 37 points, in the current Serie A standings, while Como are sixteenth, with 15 points.
