Champions League: Real beat Atalanta, Leverkusen defeat Inter, day’s game results

Defending champions Real Madrid were hosted by UEFA Europa League winners Atalanta and won 3-2 in Matchday 6 of the UEFA Champions League.

Real's goals were scored by French forward Kylian Mbappe, Brazilian forward Vinicius Junior, and English midfielder Jude Bellingham. Mbappe was subbed off in the first half due to injury.

Italian Serie A champions Inter Milan were hosted by German Bundesliga titleholders and cup winners Bayer Leverkusen, which won 1-0.

French defender Nordi Mukiele netted this game’s only goal in the 90th minute.

The former captain of the Armenian national team, midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan was among Inter's substitutes and did not play.
