Europa League: All clubs of main phase decided

All the participants in the main phase of the UEFA Europa League have been decided.

With the new format, 36 clubs will participate in this competition with one tournament standings.

The draws for the pairings will be held Friday.

The clubs are divided into four baskets.

Each team will play eight matches.

The clubs that finish in the first eight places will go to the Round of 16.

The teams that finish 9th to 24th will play qualifying matches.

First basket: Roma, Manchester United, Porto, Ajax, Glasgow Rangers, Eintracht Frankfurt, Lazio, Tottenham Hotspur, Slavia Praha.

Second basket: Real Sociedad, AZ Alkmaar, Olympiacos, Lyon, Fenerbahce, Braga, PAOK, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Ferencvaros.

Third basket: Galatasaray, Bodo-Glimt, Qarabag, Viktoria Plzen, Union, Dynamo Kyiv, Ludogorets, Midtjylland, Malmo.

Fourth basket: Athletic Bilbao, Hoffenheim, Nice, Anderlecht, Twente, Besiktas, FCSB, RFS, Elfsborg.
