Tom Cruise to descend from stadium top, hanging from rope at Paris Olympics’ closing ceremony

Tom Cruise will participate in the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games in Paris. 

The Hollywood actor will be rappelling down from the top of Stade de France stadium, reports TMZ. 

And through him, Paris will transfer the Olympic flag to the 2028 Olympics’ host city, Los Angeles.

This year, Cruise participated in several stunts in the shooing of videos dedicated to the Los Angeles Games, traveling with the Olympic flag from Paris to Los Angeles.

And at the end of the video, Cruise parachutes onto the famous Hollywood Hills sign. 

The video will be shown at the closing ceremony of the Paris Games, following the actor's real-time stunt.

The closing ceremony of the Paris Olympics is on August 11.
