World No. 32 Mirra Andreeva of Russia won the WTA-250 series tournament in Iasi (Romania). In the final, she defeated 76th-ranked Russian Elina Avanesyan (5:7, 7:5, 4:0.), who withdrew in the final set due to injury. The match lasted 2 hours and 19 minutes.
The prize fund of the tournament in Romania amounted to 232 thousand euros.
