Armenian boxers started with a victory at the international A-class boxing tournament in Belgrade.
On the opening day of the competition, 4 boxers entered the ring, and all of them won, BBF Facebook page reports.
Artur Ghazaryan defeated Croatian Matija Zebic in the 60kg weight category, Narek Hovhannisyan in the 63.5kg weight category was stronger than Kazakhstan's Tankay Erasli, Zaven Galstyan in the 71kg weight category defeated Cypriot Rafael Paphos, Hamlet Harutyunyan in the 86kg weight category was stronger than Serbian Veljko Raznatovic.
Zaven Galstyan and Narek Hovhannisyan also knocked down their opponents.
Galstyan was injured during the fight and will not continue his participation. On 14 March, Vakhtang Harutyunyan will enter the ring at 75 kg.
