Ronaldo disqualified and fined in Saudi Arabia

The Saudi Arabian Football Federation's Ethics Committee has disqualified Al-Nasr's Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo for one match and fined him 5,300 euros for making an insulting gesture towards fans who chanted "Messi, Messi" during the match against Al-Shabab, AP reports.

Al Nasr defeated Al Shabab 3-2 in the match of the 21st round of the Saudi Arabian championship. Ronaldo scored from the penalty spot.
