European bronze medalist Petros Petrosyan suffered a hand injury and dropped out of the competition.
At the European Weightlifting Championships held in Sofia, the competitions in the men's weight category up to 109 kg started.
European bronze medalist Petros Petrosyan took the stage as part of the Armenian team. For the first entry he ordered 165 kg. Breaking the bar, he injured his left elbow, fixing it above his head and left the platform holding his hand. Petros Petrosyan has dropped out of the fight.
