Chelsea's American owner Todd Boehly is in talks with representatives of French champion PSG and Brazilian striker Neymar, according to Footmercato.
PSG are ready to release the 31-year-old footballer for free during the summer transfer window to get rid of the need to pay him annually 36 million euros, prescribed in the contract.
Neymar's current agreement with PSG runs until 2027.
