Armenia's head coach Joaquín Caparrós invited 24-year-old central defender Hovhannes Nazaryan from Yerevan's Ararat to join the Armenian national team, the FFA official website reported.
He replaced Danish Silkeborg guard André Calisir, who was injured during Armenia's friendly with Montenegro and missed the game.
According to the results of medical examination, Calisir was diagnosed with a muscle injury. He is projected to miss 3-4 weeks.
The Armenian national team will play a friendly with Norway on Tuesday.
