Beijing 2022: Germany's second gold medal

German Denise Herrmann won the title of champion in the 15 km women's biathlon at the 24th Beijing Winter Olympics. She covered the competition area in 44 minutes, 12.7 seconds, making one mistake.

The second place was taken by the French Anais Chevalier-Bouchet, who was 9.4 seconds behind the champion and made one mistake.

The top three completed by Norwegian Marte Olsbu-Roeiseland, who was 15.3 seconds behind the winner and made two mistakes.

Germany won the second gold medal at the Beijing Games and is the fourth in the medal count.
