Armenian American photo model, businesswomen Kim Kardashian helped organize the trip of 30 young female footballers and their family members (nearly 130 people) from Pakistan to London.
Kardashian paid for their air tickets, ESPN reports. The Taliban have banned women’s sports in Afghanistan.
Director of the Board of Directors of Leeds United Andrea Radrizzani helped the footballers obtain UK visas and voiced hope that they would be able to succeed in the women’s teams of Leeds United.
