Brazilian defender Dani Alves announced his decision to leave PSG after two seasons.
“Today I close another cycle in my life, a cycle of victory, learning and experiences,” he said on Instagram. “It was two years of resilience and continuous reinventing to fulfil my mission, but in life everything has a beginning, a middle and an end and now the time has come to put that final point here.”
Alves moved to PSG from Juventus in summer 2017. The 36-year-old defender appeared in 32 matches for PSG past season and scored three goals. His contract with the French club is expiring on June 30.
