Armenia national football squad and FC Volga Nizhny Novgorod forward Arthur Sarkisov will not be able to return the pitch before 1.5 to 2 months, reported Sovsport.
Sarkisov had broken his wrist during the Russian National Football League’s previous-round match against FC Torpedo Armavir.
The 28-year-old Armenia international will undergo a respective surgery in Moscow.
Close to two months are required for recovery after such a surgery.
Even though Arthur Sarkisov had sustained the injury, he had continued to play in the abovementioned game with a bandage.
