Cafu, Stoichov and Candela forecast World Cup winners

YEREVAN. – Cafu, Hristo Stoichkov and Vincent Candela who are currently in Armenia for the Legends’ Match shared their expectations from the World Cup.

 Legendary Hristo Stoichkov believes Russia can become champions.

“A number of strong teams – Argentina, Germany, Brazil, Portugal – are left out. So, it is possible. I think France and Belgium will make it to the finals,” he said.

Cafu does not agree, as “Brazil are the champions for me”. However, unfortunately, Brazilians were left out.

Vincent Candela said France or Russia will become champions, as France have many young and strong players.

“Russia may win champion’s title, I cannot but note Russians’ game against Spain,” he added.
