World Wrestling Championships: Armenia athletes’ matches on Day 2 in Las Vegas

None of Armenia’s four representatives, who competed on the second day of the 2015 World Wrestling Championships being held in Las Vegas, USA, won any medals.

Since the wrestlers that had beaten them failed to reach the finals in their respective weight categories, the Armenian athletes also were deprived of the opportunity to fight at least for bronze medals.

As reported earlier, Armenia’s 2014 World Greco-Roman Wrestling Champion Artur Aleksanyan defended his title, whereas likewise 2014 World Greco-Roman Wrestling Champion Arsen Julfalakyan was left without a medal on the first day of the 2015 World Wrestling Championships.
