YEREVAN. - Armenian National Squad Defender Yura Movsisyan (“Spartak”) commented on the results of the Euro-2016 qualifying round match against Denmark, as reported by Armenian News - NEWS.am correspondent.
“I’m dissatisfied with my game, but the most important thing is that we showed our class spirit. Our goal was the victory of the match, and not a draw. I don’t think we have disappointed out fans. I don’t know what prevented me from scoring a goal; perhaps I made a wrong decision. As to what [acting head coach] Sargis Hovsepyan said after the match, you can ask him. He was satisfied as everyone in the field was struggling without trying to avoid injuries. I felt pain on the 7th minute, but tolerated as much as I could. I wouldn’t say it was a serious injury, but it was hurting properly,” Movsisyan said.
Qualifying round match Armenia v. Denmark ended with the score 0-0.
