Armenia club signs deal with Real Madrid pupil

YEREVAN. – FC Ararat Yerevan (Armenia) signed a contract with Spanish defensive midfielder Roberto Casabella.

“I’m very happy to be here and represent Ararat. I hope that we will compete for high places in the new season. I was training in the team during one week and I can say that I like it here. We have demanding coach and we work hard every day,” Casabella said after signing the deal with Ararat.

The 28-year-old footballer has played in the Real Madrid (Spain) youth teams, the second teams of Atlético Madrid and Almería (Spain) as well as in Spanish clubs San Fernando, Puertollano and Conquense, Moldovan side Milsami, Barnet FC (England), and Thunder Bay Chill (Canada).
