TOULOUSE. – French prosecutor launched on Tuesday investigation in connection to the former coach of Bordeaux FC and Nantes FC Elie Baup accused of large-scale fraud.
He is suspected of receiving illegally the unemployment benefits after having been dismissed from Nantes FC in 2009, in the meantime he was officially hired a consultant to the television.
Baup is not yet accused, while French Social Service “Pôle employ” claims the amount reaches to over a million, which Baup has allegedly appropriated, Le Monde reports.
