Russian Premiere League clubs FC Amkar Perm and FC Torpedo Moscow have been banned from signing new players.
Such a decision was made at Tuesday’s meeting of the Football Union of Russia, its official website reported.
Armenia national football squad and FC Aktobe (Kazakhstan) defender Robert Arzumanyan recently had signed a deal with Amkar. Accordingly, the 29-year-old player is to join the Russian club in January 2015, when he will become a free agent.
