Uruguay national football squad and Liverpool striker Luis Suárez scooped the PFA (Professional Footballers’ Association) Player of the Year award in this season’s English Premier League, the Daily Mail reported.
Earlier, the Uruguay international was also included in the symbolic team. Belgium international and Chelsea FC midfielder Eden Hazard was named Young Player of the Year.
Suárez has scored thirty goals and provided twelve assists so far in the current season of the Premier League.
