FC Bayern Munich (Germany) midfielder Javi Martínez, 25, sustained a knee injury during the training of the Spanish national football team, Marca reports.
Martínez injured his knee after a collision with Spain international and FC Barcelona forward Pedro Rodríguez Ledesma, who is commonly known as Pedro, and therefore he had to leave the training early.
Javi Martínez’s participation in the upcoming friendly matches is uncertain.
To note, the Spanish national squad will play friendlies against Equatorial Guinea and South Africa.
