Shavarsh Karapetyan participated in the torch relay for a second time on Tuesday after the flame blew out during his first attempt on Monday.
“I am ready to run for the tenth time, even twenty times to make it a great holiday for all nations. I was carrying the torch for Russia and for Armenia,” finswimmer told reporters.
Karapetyan is 11-time record holder and 17-time finswimming world champion.
