COPENHAGEN. – Denmark have injury problems at their defense a day before their 2014 World Cup qualifier Group B match, during which they will host Armenia, the NEWS.am Sport reporters inform from the Danish capital city.Denmark defender Simon Kjær and defensive midfielder Niki Zimling sustained injuries during the national team’s practice session on Sunday. Even though the players announce that they are ready to play in the next match, the team’s coaching staff is not yet sure. Denmark Head Coach Morten Olsen stated that the two players are eager to enter the pitch, but they may not be physically fit in full.
The game between Armenia and Denmark will be played on Tuesday, and the official kickoff is at 10:15pm, Armenia time. NEWS.am Sport, in assistance with the Vivaro bookmaking agency, is covering the event from Copenhagen.
