Vic Darchinyan wins by KO

Former two-division world champion, Armenian boxer Vic Darchinyan (39-5-1, 27 KOs), got into the ring for a ten-round super bantamweight main event on Saturday in Laredo, Texas, USA.

 Darchinyan’s opponent was Mexico’s Francisco Javier Gallo (18-7-1, 10 KOs).  

The 37-year-old Armenian boxer won the bout with KO. Darchinyan had a noticeable advantage over his opponent from the very first round, and he knocked down Gallo twice in Round 2. In Round 4, the Mexican boxer was knocked down again, and the fight referee stopped the bout and declared Darchinyan winner by KO, Boxingscene reports.
