Yerevan club makes €5.5 million from Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s transfer – Transfermarkt.de (PHOTO)

Transfermarkt.de prepared the transfer list of the footballers that moved to the Ukrainian Premier League. 

In line with this list, Armenian national team and Ukraine’s FC Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s transfer from Armenian capital city Yerevan’s FC Pyunik to Shakhtar made the Yerevan club €5.5 million richer.

To note, this is the fifth most expensive transfer to the Ukrainian Premier League.      

The aforesaid list is headed by Georgian national squad, Italy’s Genoa C.F.C. and A.C. Milan, and Ukraine’s FC Dynamo Kyiv former defender Kakhaber “Kakha” Kaladze. Georgia’s FC Dinamo Tbilisi had received €17,720,000 as a result of Kaladze’s transfer to the Ukrainian Premier League.
