In the second round of the Futsal World Cup main qualifying round, the Armenian national team faced Sweden away from home and managed to secure a draw, despite trailing 0–4 after the first half.
Garegin Mashumyan scored twice in the second half, while Mihran Dermenjyan and Mikayel Ghandilyan also found the back of the net.
In Group 1, Armenia and Sweden each have 1 point, while Hungary leads the group with 6 points.
