Real Madrid’s Brazilian forward Vinicius Junior addressed his recent lack of goals in a social media post; he has gone five consecutive matches without scoring.
"My goals will return soon; I can't keep missing like this. Expect more on Sunday. Let's go, Madrid," Vinicius wrote.
In the fifth round of La Liga, Real Madrid defeated Elche 3–2; their next match is against Atletico Madrid. The Madrid derby will take place on September 20, kicking off at 18:15 Armenia time.
