Justin Gaethje: I hope Arman Tsarukyan takes a hard shot to the face

The 37-year-old American UFC lightweight fighter Justin Gaethje spoke about the upcoming bout between Arman Tsarukyan (Armenia) and Mauricio Ruffy (Brazil).

"I’m a fan of Ruffy, but he hasn’t fought anyone from the top three yet. Ruffy has talent, but Tsarukyan will be his first real test. Arman is one of the best in the lightweight division.

They have different styles, so I can't predict how the fight will unfold. Most likely, Tsarukyan will take Ruffy to the ground. I hope Tsarukyan takes a hard shot to the face.

I have nothing against Tsarukyan, but I don't want to see him win," Gaethje said on Demetrious Johnson's YouTube channel.

The fight between Arman Tsarukyan and Mauricio Ruffy will take place on September 19 at the UFC 331 event in Los Angeles.

Arman Tsarukyan has a record of 23 wins and 3 losses in MMA.
