At the European U15 Girls' Weightlifting Championship currently taking place in Kosovo, Nare Arakelyan of the Armenian national team successfully completed all three attempts in the snatch event, lifting 90 kg, 95 kg, and 97 kg. Arakelyan won the gold medal in this discipline, the Weightlifting Federation of Armenia's press service reports.
In the clean and jerk event, Nare Arakelyan lifted 110 kg and 115 kg, finishing second in this discipline.
With a total result of 212 kg, Nare Arakelyan became the runner-up at the U15 championship.
