The draw for the second round of the Carabao Cup has taken place.
Among the Premier League clubs, Chelsea, Tottenham, and Newcastle United will begin their campaigns in this round.
Chelsea will face Luton Town at home, while Tottenham will host Charlton. Newcastle United will play against West Bromwich on their home turf.
The second-round matches will take place no earlier than August 24.
