Former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has taken charge of the German national team, the German Football Association's official website reports.
The German manager has signed a contract running until 2030. Klopp’s coaching staff includes fellow Germans Peter Krawietz, Pepijn Lijnders, and Sven Bender.
Jurgen Klopp had been without a coaching role since leaving the English club Liverpool, which he managed from 2015 to 2024. He replaces Julian Nagelsmann, who resigned following the national team's defeat by Paraguay in the Round of 16 of the World Cup.
