Armenia’s U16 women’s national basketball team made an impressive start to the FIBA U16 Women’s European Championship Division C, cruising to a commanding 100:29 win against Moldova.
Celine Najarian was named the game’s MVP after leading the team with 18 points, adding 4 rebounds and 2 assists.
Armenia will look to build on this win when they face Albania in their next group stage game Wednesday.
